Construction disrupts life on Monroe Street
The Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT) has found the owners of the construction site at 16-24 S. Morgan St. to be eligible for numerous citations related to encroaching on the public way. Citations had not been issued at press time because the department still needed official verification of owner information.Read more...
